With a 316Ti ferritic steel interior layer, Heritage Steel cookware boasts lasting luster, superior durability, and the most inert cooking surface available which produces food with clean, authentic flavor. Other types of induction ready cookware use a magnetic type of stainless steel on the outermost layer, which compromises the integrity of that outer layer of the cookware.
